why do these copiers not have a test function without physically being in front of it. Not a fan of this brand at all,
it all depends on the age of your machine. older models don't have that feature avail.

not sure why its missing on your machine. First thought that comes to mind is updating the firmware on your machine. Unless you have access to the firmware you will need to have a authorized dealer do that for you

Hi . i installed the finisher exactly how you said but paper is getting stuck when it exits the attachment kit and enters the finisher. it goes in the finisher then gets stuck right away
there's lots of different reasons for this issue. Impossible for me to know unless i'm there physically troubleshooting. I can only guess it might be because you are using the wrong finisher model or that's an issue inside your finisher causing it not to work.......could also be firmware.....
@@PrestigeOfficeSolutions thanks . im pretty sure the finisher model is correct . i tried 2 different finishers and got the exact same problem. ill update the firmware on the machine and run some diagnostic tests on the finisher

no, you won't find many copiers that are single path duplex printing unless you step it up to the large production press machines......
Can’t figure out to to bleed or edge to edge printing on this machine
@@quanet1005 you can't do full bleed on this machine otherwise you'd have a toner build up mess inside the machine
xerox altalink b8055 new hard disk add but hard disk not booted any solutions
you need to add the machine software. if you don't have it you may need to contact a xerox service provider to do it for you

never tried it. i normally set up scan to email or scan to smb folder. I'm sure you can set up FTP and GUI.....

This message appears to one The Ricoh Printer screen error. And the inks colors was all over the printer everywhere even inside the trays and when they print out a color pages the colors is mixed up on the papers. could it be this what causes the problem?

I have an MP C407 and I have a huge streaking issue from blue. I changed the toner cartridge which had a faulty release window but the issue persists. I opened the paper jam clearing section, and I see a massive streaking deposition of blue toner on the right side of the glossy black rolling mat for the paper feed section. How do I get that cleaned to eliminate the streaking of blue on my paper?

I believe I am setup properly. When I hit the Execute button it connects and passes test. When I go on the Toshiba 5018a Copiers I see my name but I do not get get the SCAN button. Any ideas on this?
only thing i can think of is you're not looking at the right section or you didn't set up the templete correctly. if you think you did, i would first start with a firmware update then the fun begins with troubleshooting....

access what? your folder? if you are wanting to share your folder, of course your computer has to be on and connected to your network. How else will they find it?

Although it may seem annoying to you and many others, it's actually a benefit for the customer making sure the toner cartridge is completely empty before it allows you to replace it. many users tend to replace the cartridge prematurely when they see the message toner low not knowing there's still several hundred copies to be made before it's completely empty

@@Footbalplus i'm assuming you will be using generic cylinders. definitely won't last as long as a brand new OEM drum unit. keep in mind drums have cleaning blade which are needed to keep clean copies. not worth the hassle if you ask me.
